Live from the Frontlines: How We Fight Back Against Voter Suppression in the States Right Now with Andrea Miller
Tuesday, June 14, 7:00 – 8:00 PM ET

Our democracy is under attack and the ability of every American to cast their vote and have it counted is in jeopardy due to recent state laws that were designed to suppress the votes of people of color, people with disabilities, and poor people. Join Andrea Miller, Founder of the Center for Common Ground, for an up-to-the minute discussion of these state voter suppression laws and how we combat them while equipping voters with the information they need to surmount the barriers placed in their way. We’ll also discuss examples of good state legislation that protects the right to vote, ensures language access, ample ballot boxes and other key provisions. Following our conversation with Andrea, we’ll be taking your questions.

This event is free, but registration is required.
