How to be an Effective Citizen Advocate

Join the Workers Circle and the Center for Common Ground for a training on what it means to be a citizen advocate and how you can engage your members of Congress around legislation that you care about.

Led by Andrea Miller co-founder of the Center for Common Ground and Workers Circle Director of Social Justice, Noelle Damico, the hour-long training will cover what it means to be a citizen advocate by engaging your members of Congress from your hometown, how to deliver letters and set up meetings with members of Congress, and actions you can take to protect democracy. No experience is necessary — all are welcome!

We will provide you with the materials you need to meet with your members of Congress.
