On Wednesday, January 17 the Supreme Court will hear arguments in Relentless Inc. v. Department of Commerce and  Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo. These cases could eliminate the ability of federal agencies to make rules to execute laws that Congress has passed that deliver benefits and protections like Social Security, health and safety standards, environmental protections and more.
