Course Goals: Improve reading and listening comprehension, speaking, and writing. Learn new grammar structures. Students will also get acquainted with some Yiddish resources that might be useful at their level.
Course Tools: Yidish af Yidish by David Goldberg, along with materials provided by the instructor. Available here. (In the fall 2024 class we covered parts of units 1–3).
Additional Info: Students should know the present, past, and future tense and three cases. The classes will be conducted in Yiddish. The students will be assigned homework after each class.
