American democracy is under attack with a speed and scope we’ve not seen before in our lifetime. Right now the US is experiencing a surge in fascist political tactics as President Trump and the right-wing oligarchs, extremists, and lawmakers in his thrall try to consolidate power.

As the Director Emerita of the Weinberg Center for Holocaust Education at Atlanta's Breman Museum, Baxter brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work in Holocaust education and social justice. Her participation in the Third Seder, an event that intertwines Yiddish culture with themes of liberation and resistance, underscores her commitment to preserving Jewish heritage and promoting human rights.
