


Intermediate Grammar with Katerina Kuznetzova: Yiddish Syntax: Monday, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: June 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28
Course Goals: In this course, we will explore how to build sentences in Yiddish, starting with basic structures and progressing to more complex ones. We will address common challenges learners face, such as word order, subordinate clauses, and different types of sentences. There will be plenty of opportunities for questions and personalized analysis of challenging situations. We will practice extensively with reading Yiddish texts and writing our own, revisiting previously learned material while introducing new grammar concepts. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident speaking and writing in Yiddish, crafting longer and more nuanced sentences.
