Phone Banking

Join The Workers Circle and the Center for Common Ground for a weekly phone bank to reach Black residents of Wisconsin with crucial voter registration information. The Wisconsin Supreme Court Election is on April 7, and Milwaukee has more Black voters that have been recently purged from the voter rolls than are still registered. Out of 190K, only 86K Black voters currently remain registered to vote. We’ll be calling people who have been removed from the voter rolls. If they wish to vote, we will assist them with re-registering, supporting the groundwork of Souls to the Polls, Wisconsin.

On Monday, February 23, we will be training you to run your own phone bank with members of your community. Can't make it to Monday nights? Host your own phone bank when it fits into your schedule! Join us for this "train the trainers" event at 7:00 PM with phone banking to follow. Hosted by our resident Phone banking expert Rachel, who will be there to answer any questions you have and walk you through every step of setting up your phone bank.
