Vigil at Alligator Alcatraz

  • Florida Everglades (map)

The Workers Circle has been organizing Florida people of faith and conscience to hold weekly vigils outside Alligator Alcatraz, the notorious state-run detention camp that has been headlining news for its inhumane conditions.  Every Sunday from 5:00 – 6:00 PM ET, people gather across from the camp’s entrance on Route 41. Join us for this important moral witness that has already been covered by the Miami Herald, The Guardian, the Wall Street Journal, and more.
