The 2026 midterms are a critical moment in our fight for free and fair elections. At the Workers Circle, we seek to build a truly multiracial, multicultural democracy and push back against all attempts at voter suppression.
Our voter empowerment efforts are part of our larger commitments to racial justice and pro-democracy organizing. We deliver non-partisan voting information to Black voters, who have been particularly targeted by state voter suppression laws, to create a stronger and more expansive democracy.
Join us this October on the ground in Charlotte, North Carolina as we get out the vote and fight voter suppression before the midterms. From October 16–18, spend the Friday evening learning how non-partisan door-knocking is an effective tool, then put your new pro-democracy skills to work alongside local volunteers. We’ll be collaborating with the Center for Common Ground, Team Unity, and other local community groups but need your energy and people power to get out that vote.
